Now if your are blogging to just blog to a few friends or colleagues, organise your thoughts, then you have already won. The rest of us though having a lot of work to do!

The About page is important crucial part of anyone’s Blog and should be easy to find Hugh, just whispered in my ear, (Having to hunt for an “about Me” page is not a good thing and I’ve heard that people often give up within the first ten seconds if they can not find it (they usually also one on without pressing that follow button). Our Blogs also need personality. We may all find it hard to express our selfs online when trying to build a solid reputation, make brands out of our names, in hopes that people will take us as serious professional Bloggers. But, the Blog needs some of your unique personality.

Steve from Steves Says does exactly that on his about page and on certain posts. His about page is a mixture of text, images and a funny video of himself titled, How Not To Do IT Training  making weird sounds and a little dancing.

I am going to jump track here for a bit because this relates to Blogging in every way.

Have you ever wondered why the TV Networks are dishing out what some of us would refer to as crap reality shows. Like, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which is at its tenth season and counting., granted on IMDB it has a rating of 2.8 but they still get mass viewers watching the crap. Why, they know their targeted audience! Definitely not us old farts or ones with an intellect of wanting more profound TV. We are becoming a minority! Our favorite bands of the past had to change to keep up with changing times and the Millennials.

Back on track. Personality has a way to make a person laugh or find humor and it’s ok to make fun of ourselves from time to time. I wrote a piece back in July called LEVITY -HUMOR AT MY EXPENSE. A TRUE STORY! I got 24 comments and I think 58 likes on that post, and I got a Blogger Award because I made someone laugh.

I am now going to show you a video of someone that has close to 5 million subscribers on their Youtube video, the person is a young lady that bakes NERDY NUMMIES, whity, delightful personality.  Her actual name is, Rosanna Pansino. Note: her very first video got over 245 thousand views when she volunteered to clean up part of the harbor. Amazing, young lady she is.
