Most of us being in our twenties to sixties have experienced a moment or two of Forgetful Mind Syndrome. The misplaced keys, searching for sunglasses while they are on top of one’s head the whole time. The misplaced cell phone found in various places, that note you just wrote seconds ago and you know it was right in front of you just moments ago but nowhere to be found to only show up at a later time when no longer needed, -it only gets worse as we age
Yesterday was Deb’s Mother and Step-father’s 24th anniversary, so we paid a visit with a card in hand and ritual blessings. After awhile of chatting and laughing, my cell phone notified me of some new followers (thank you my new friends 🙂 ), I showed Deb. Deb’s Mother Jan had a facial expression of curiosity upon her face, so Deb informed her Mother about my Blog and what it was about and gave a few examples, one of them was a post I did back in July, LEVITY -HUMOR AT MY EXPENSE. A TRUE STORY!. That is when Jan said, “You know what you can put on your Blog….” So this is with permission.
The day started like most other nothing out of the ordinary. Jan told her husband that she wanted to go to the store. Gene replied, “I’ll go” “nope, I’ll go by myself,” Jan said. So off she went. Once shopping was done and paid for, she exited the store and proceeded to load the car with the groceries. She headed back to the car and placed herself on the passenger side. Are you following?
So there she was in the car sitting on the passenger side wondering why the car has not moved. I busted a gasket on this one.
Funny how our minds function at certain times. At least the keys were not locked inside the car. Most of us have been down that road.
What can we take away from this? We have to be able to laugh at ourselves from to time, it does a body and mind good according to a study done in 2011.

You should be able to open each individual post
Each blue box you have a name so you know what to open
I believe that answered your question

I lost things by putting them down
To this day I don’t know where two sets of keys went
Blank spots

Whatever you want to call them
I got a bunch of that stock

One question is it by design when someone gets to your home page all that is seen is a pattern of blue squares? http://sheldonkleemanartworks.com/

So true, “we have to be able to laugh at ourselves from time to time,” one of the most important things in life.

Hahahaha…woow. She totally forgot. I hope she didn’t wait forever. I’m not even 30 yet and am so guilty, not gotten to this stage yet. But I forget like crazy, funny things, my mind keeps telling me I have forgotten something, then I start racking my brain trying to figure out what it is, until I start looking for it, I won’t get what it is. One time, I got home from school, came down from the bike, unlocked my gate, entered, got to my door, thought something was amiss, I went back outside. Guess what I forgot? My laptop pouch on the back seat while I was paying the bike rider. He was back, he said he was going back up the road (my street is hilly) and heard something drop, he was so scared and worried it was broken. Thank God it wasn’t. Loolz.

Jackie once drove me to the bank and waited in the car for me. On my return, I opened the passenger side and got in. My chauffeuse looked rather alarmed. She wasn’t Jackie. Jackie was in the car next door.

This so reminds me of the time my father drove us all to the store, and me with my mum and sister waited in the car….but when he came out, he got into the driver’s side of the car next to us…and just sat there. Like he was waiting us to come back from….wherever we were. We..were sitting there staring at him from our own car. I swear, it took a few moments for him to cotton on.
